Now I'll mention the link of my webpage on my blog which I've created on the Tumblr.

Firstly select the link button to mention the link of the webpage. It is shown in the next screenshot.

Now, just fill the description of the webpage and don't forget to use maximum hash tags about which your webpage is.
For example, I've used the hash tags such as affiliate money, affiliate marketing ,affiliate promotion etc
